    Yesterday is gone

    Yesterday is gone.

The only reason we must remember it is to do a better job of tomorrow.

    And tomorrow is not here.

We are only left with the choices we make right now.

Yesterday is dead and gone and tomorrow’s out of sight.
And it’s sad to be alone. Help me make it through the night.

I was just pondering about people carrying luggage and all the BS it causes, and the thought popped into my head. Just had to write it down and the keyboard was there...

Today is going to be the very best day of the rest of my life! Bugger yesterday!
    - is my own mantra! (Apologies for the swear words!)

Don't worry Dave, as you get older you start not minding what baggage other people are carrying - it really does get easier to ignore!

When they are relative strangers, yes. But when it is people closer to you it's not always that easy.

    No biggie.

I'm also a believer that when you seek, you shall find what you need. The world works in strange ways at times and us chucking these musings down here might end up being just the medicine that someone else needs one day.
