    Too many new vehicles

Apparently the reason for more hijackings is that there are too many new vehicles available.

This, apparently, was a written reply in parliament by Minister of Security and Safety Charles Nqakula.

Someone please tell me this is a joke.

EDIT: Just noticed the date - November 2004. Hmm. I wonder what the current reason is?

OK - I'll tell you Dave - Yes he is a joke. We have neither safety or security, so why do we have a minister therefore?

He is a joke! I don't think the hijacking will be reduced if there are less cars on the road.

No! The poverty is on the rise and the Government doesn't want to admit that they are failure - poor service delivery and high unemployment rate!

Jackie and Charles are wonderful clowns with yellow, green and black costumes!
