    credit card interest rate

    what percentage rate is fair for a credit card...if you are a good customer...not high risk.

    It is unsecured credit so rates are relatively high compared to other forms of credit. Rates of prime + (8% to 10%) is not unusual.

    The best way to manage credit card finance is to pay balances before they attract interest, even if it means pulling the money from elsewhere with a lower interest rate (overdraft or home loan).
