    Hi

    By the looks of your website, I'd say you are using OSCommerce?

    If you are then you do have the option to enable stock counts on your items via the administration backend. When enabled your products via your website will display the actual stock count.

    Hi JakesPK,

    Thanks for the feedback. Normally that would be a great feature to use, but in my case I won't have access to the amount of available stock. I still need to contact our suppliers to find out.

    In that case you might want to consider getting to point where you actually keep some stock on hand. Maybe start off with your top 10 best sellers then expanding on that.

    The con's for this is however that you will need to invest some capital into your business and the possiblity of having a bunch of old stock is also there.

    But the top 3 pro's for this is that:

    1. you can minimise on call costs to your suppliersfit
    2. you can budget for what you do and don't need
    3. minimise turn around time even more
