I have finally seen a copy of this 'PETITION' and here is my take.
It appears to be nothing more than an angry Zimboy ( I am one by birth so I reserve the right to say it!) venting. Rightly or wrongly.
The language is not very convincing. The presentation of issues lacks clarity. It is badly written. And I have a very funny feeling those who can actually read will not take too much notice of it.
