Getting Married in Just 6 Hours!

I'm getting married in 6 hours!

I've just written my vows and my speech and now I'm writing a little not to God to give us some sunshine

    Wish us luck!

Strange, isn't it Dave? :P She must be on something

We had a fantastic time! Honeymoon was spent at www.sycamore-ave.com (the place, not the web site) and it all turned out far better than I thought possible!

Thanks for the warm wishes guys. Will post pics as soon as we get them!

Wow! That looks different. Do the treehouses sway?

The first one we stayed in, the Bottle Tree house, didn't sway at all. Problem is that the bottom floor had a small lounge, fridge, fireplace and toilet. Top floor had bedroom, spa bath, shower and sink. So you had to go upstairs to wash your hands after a pee and go downstairs to pee after you woke up in the morning. Very nice otherwise.

Next we stayed at the Pegasus. Much more convenient as everything is on 1 floor. Also more extravagantly finished. Problem is that it would sway a bit when your significant other was walking around the place. Very slight swaying and you don't feel it when you're both in the same place. Like, say, ferinstance, the bed

VERY romantic getaway, gorgeous scenery and very close to the Drakensberg. We went up to Giants Castle which is just magnificent. No words to describe all the beauty!

Any hoo, then there's the Romantic tree house (I think that's what it's called), which actually uses one of the trees it's next to for support. Apparently, that one creaks and sways just like a boat. I'm not sure if I'd want to experience that though :P

Reading the heading, I thought someone managed to get married in the space of 6 hours.

Why the interest now if this was started in 2008?
