    ECASA lost the plot?

So I am running low on electronic CoC's at ECA - haven't bought for ages.

It turns out they are asking R100 each! 10 eCoC's now cost R1000.

I don't get it - another reason CoC's don't make business sense. What do you guys do?

    Cheers from Joburg

Andrew, I still use the manual coc forms.

Even although they don't cost anything close to what you've mentioned, I charge a COC issuing fee of R250 which is included
in all my quotes, so even if the form costs, as you say, R100, I've got it covered.

    Example:

    Consumables: R 4000
    Services: R 3500
    COC issue fee: R250

    Total: R7750

Are you sure there is not a misunderstanding - For R100 I got 20 ECOC's
Looking at my invoice they sell each pack as 1 which consists of 20 - Maybe they thought you wanted 10 packs which would give you 200 COC's

The electronic CoC's are the same price as the paper based CoC's, R100 per 20 - i.e. R5 each.

Turned out to be a misunderstanding - they talk of "Units". Thanks for assisting - Lebo now invoicing me for 1 unit (20 eCoC's)
