Eskom requires an Embedded generation installation compliance test report from an electrician registered with the ECA.
Well that counts me out.
Is there anyone that can point me to the appropriate regulation in OHSA Act or SANS 10142 that backs up her statement that only a COC from an ECA member is acceptable ?
