    EMP501 RESUBMISSON FOR PRIOR YEARS

AS AN EMPLOYER HOW FAR BACK CAN I RESUBMIT AN EMP501 SUBMISSION AND WHAT IS THE IMPACT THEREOF.
AN ADDITIONAL IT3 NEEDS TO BE ISSUED FOR AN EMPLOYEE FOR 2014 - 2021
THE CSV FILES WERE ALREADY SUBMITTED ON EASYFILE HOWEVER THEY ARE NO LONGER AVAILABLE FOR SAID YEARS
WILL THE ALREADY INFORMATION PULL THROUGH WHEN WE ADD THE NEW CSV FILE.

No, the prior data will not pull through and you will have to request a resubmission - SARS checks if the employees already submitted their returns and if you want to change said return.

It would be best to make an appointment with SARS to discuss the way forward, but this might also trigger various audits by SARS for all those years.
