CIPC BENEFICIAL OWNERSHIP QUERY

Hi All,
Has anyone experienced the same as I have:
All info on CiPC, with the new verification of the Benefial Ownership had been entered, but as soon as it gets to the Issue date of the id, it has a response of the date does not match what the Home Affairs has on their system, although the date is taken directly from the Id book.
I've emailed them twice now already and my AR has a due date of 15/07/24. Once again if there is late submission because of their poor response, the penalties will fall on me.

Anyone gone through this yet?

Your accountant/tax advisor may be able to assist you. Its a shame that we have to jump through hoops because our country is now on the grey list with all the other failed states in the world. Who do we have to thank for this? The party of Ain't No Consequences. I'm so glad the voters gave them a smack, but what they needed was a punch in the face!

I had this issue as well (actually I still have this issue) and I emailed them and they said "Please contact Department of Home Affairs to get the correct issue date. " trying to get hold of home affairs is another issue!!! I have been on hold for hours and just gave up!
