I need to know what are the documents and information that is required to submit a Beneficial Ownership to CIPC for a non profit organisation.
For example, a church which has directors but there is no beneficial interest at all as it is a non profit; or an HOA which also has directors but then all the owners are classed as Members (I assume).
If I submit WITHOUT BO on CIPC then it requires a Mandate (which is required for any type of BO) and a Securities Register. The question then is what information gets entered on the Securities Register if there is no beneficial interest at all.
I have searched on the web but cannot find anything specific to a non profit.
