No not what you were expecting, in fact quite the opposite.
This year has gone from zero to 10 million 40 thousand five billion six hundred and 20 thousands (you get the idea) in matter of days.
I must say in past 2 weeks, I have had to deal with Sunsynk technical on numerous occasions and I must say there has been a huge improvement.
More platforms available, more staff, and the experience has just been better. you can see by the 10 million 50 thousands billion messages that pop up on the support groups that there are more people using the support and upgrade platforms.
Most of today has been spent dealing with Sunsynk and it has been a pleasure. All my queries and technical questions have been answered and even a long term query has been finalised.
So kudos to Sunsynk, well done for improving your services.
