Growatt Inverter does not stop charging

I have a Growatt Inverter 3KW (SPF 3000TL HVM-24V)
Connected to brand new
Esener ES25.6V 100Ah Lithium ion Battery
Energy: 2.56KWH
Rated Voltage: 25.6
Max Charge Current:100A
Max Discharge Cur: 100A
Parallels: Max Support 2S2P

The inverter does not stop charging.

The inverter is just connected to Mains 230V
No solar panels
or Generator

These are my settings:-

Setting 1: Output Source 1 UTI
Setting 2: Max Charging amps 2 50
Setting 3: Input Voltage 3 APL
Setting 4: Power Saving 4 SdS
Setting 5: Battery Type 5 USE
Setting 6: Overload Restart 6 LFD
Setting 7: Temperature Restart 7 LFD
Setting 8: Output Voltage 8 230
Setting 9: Output Frequency 9 50
Setting 10: Number of batteries 10 2
Setting 11: Max Utility Charge 11 20
Setting 12: Battery Low Voltage, switch to grid -Volts 12 23
Setting 13: Battery voltage, switch to battery 13 28
Setting 14: Charger Source 14 CUT
Setting 15: Annoying Beep 15 BOF
Setting 16: Backlight 16 LOF
Setting 17: Alarm 17 AON
Setting 18: Overload Bypass 18 byd
Setting 19 - Bulk, 19 28.2
Setting 20 - Float 20 27
Setting 21 - Low Battery 21 23
Setting 22: Solar Balance 22 SbE

Can anybody advise me what to look for please?

Did you ever resolve this issue.

All these Voltronic/Axpert type inverters have the same issue, they seems switch on constantly, you will see the charge light and hear the fans switching on constantly, which could explain why people are complaining about the increase in utility bills, when using these type of inverters, I have noticed it with Sunsynk inverters.

Could it be setting 13 and 19 ?
