    Earth loop impedance test result

Question for the more experienced guys out there - what is considered an acceptable reading for this test?
My test on a 1940's flat in Observatory JHB gave me 0.43 Ohms, and 0.41 Ohms on Neutral loop impedance.
    Thanks in advance
