UIF WEBSITE NOT ALLOWING SUBMISSIONS

Has anyone had this problem, from November i cannot submit declarations. Can anyone assist?

i have attached a screen shot.

We have called the call center and they just give you a ticket number.

NO issues with the employees profiles.

Hi Jane,

I also have the same issue but i also submit my ufiiling via email ( digitalui19@LABOUR.gov.za)with the digital declaration that you will also find in your ufiling portal. Those get response, the either update your ufiling on their side or point you were the errors are.
