Cost and who can issue an electric fence COC ?

I see the course if R4k ... I will pass thanks ... its not something I have every wanted to venture into and have no plans to venture into it.

The last time a customer requested an electric fence repair ... I called a number a fella went to site installed anew cable and the problem went away.

I am busy with a COC and the property has an electric fence ... if I just use the 4 page COC it should be fine ... do you think anyone will know the difference
