Pastel 11 installation on new servers

    Hi

For various reasons, my client can't upgrade Pastel to the latest versions at this time.
We installed Pastel11 on a test server and I was able to register it as a demo install

On the new server - I have registered the package, the screen comes up showing reg details, and then an error saying the Server isnt registered.

    Hi Sandy,

If you have TeamViewer, I can log on and have a quick look to see where the problem is.

Email me if you would like to proceed.

First confirm user account control is turned off, then:
1 - Share the Pastel 11 folder and give everyone full control.
2 - Right click the pastel11.exe and run as admin
3 - complete the registration process
4 - close and reopen pastel - help about - confirm it is still registered
5 - then remove everyone share and set the security settings to what you need it to be
