I am doing individual e-filing for the first time and I seem to have hit a snag. The page requested my tax certificate number and upon entering it, it gives me this error message:

IT Quick Navigation
No return found or insufficient rights.
The Income Tax Quick Navigation functionality allows you to quickly navigate to your latest return by entering the relevant Tax Reference Number and clicking on the GO button.

Can anyone assist on how to navigate this?
