I have been in an out with the bank that wanted to auction my house.I opposed the mater and have been in court appearances 3times where the judge postponed sinedin but the bank kept pushing until the new judge granted order of exercution. But I was called to appear on the unopposed roll when the judge granted the order. Then I managed to get a buyer for my house! Which the process is nearly finalised! I noticed the R75k legal fees on the bond statement was added. Can someone pls explain why am I charged legal fees? And why did they grand order in the unopposed roll instead of opposed roll? Is it legal to swap cases like that??
