hi all.
if i move the location of the file(file viewer) to downloads,do i have to change the paths as well..?-at system utilities.

still nothing working, viewer doesn't open ..only blue dots.hanging what to do..?
Hi Fareed - Perhaps you could try loading Easyfile on another computer (if available) and copy your backup to that computer to see if that makes a difference?

i tried installing on another computer..still the same result..the viewer1.3.1 still just doesnt open.it didnt work.
Form Viewer or Blue Dot Issues
Are you having blue dot, other form viewer or declaration not opening issues and everything else you have tried fails.
Try the following
TEST FOR SPECIAL CHARACTERS
Under Declaration, please click View, then when you see the blue dots click File>Print then you can close the File Viewer. You should be able to see a PDF of your declaration, now you can see if the declaration has any special characters in the name.
