Hi guys, this is the scinario...
Industrial panel with mains of 380v with 380v contactor wired with red silicon wire and the other 2 phases with normal panel wire. It's a 32A supply this 4mm wire is used. Control circuit is 110v at the transformer thus the 380v is stepped down to 110v.

My question, there is no neutral on the 380v side but there is on the 110v side. My concern is the resistance of the red 4mm as it's silicon wire and the other 2 phases are panel wire thus resulting in a resistance different between the 3 conductors. Would this effect the machinery/ equipment in anyway? Doesn't it have an effect on the harmonics of the equipment?
