    Load shedding and covid

It has got to a point that covid is affecting my business to the same extent as load shedding.

You have to call a customer before heading to site ... Do you have power and is the site covid free?

In a way it is a bit of a relief ... trying to keep up with the work load is a bit of a challenge... a 10 day break from a site allows us to move to another site and finish up or at least get started with projects way behind schedule.

People say I should be "lucky" I am so busy ... the way I see it ... if you are not giving away jobs at the moment ... you are doing something wrong.

I have this too - I have way more work than I can cope with. The trick is to figure out how to turn all the work into loads of cash - The word "efficiency" comes to mind....

The problem I am finding ... I seem to be spending more time "fixing" than doing new installations ... it seems the skill level has really fallen to an absolute all time low.
