We have a good business (electrical company).I think over 10000 clients on our accounting system. Our biggest issue is that there is no electricians that have a office in our area and they are mostly one man bands which is good until your one man band is busy.Basically all council work, coc,no power etc will end up on our office admins desk or phone. We always under pressure and spinning that we dont have time to ween the bad paying customers out as they basically will keep phoning them until we service them as nobody else will .We do ween out a few really bad ones and our cash flow due to volume always been ok although this year is first year we struggling and most likely closing our construction division as they take too long to finish.Bargaining council kills you .You must have less not more employees in sa which is just crazy...so shows how tough it is.A company with lots of work can still struggle in this current environment .Whats changed ...people not paying like they should and the red tape squeezing us .Petrol been quite material lately and then internally workers absenteeism a call backs kill you.Often call backs more for good will and not your fault.

You write in such a haphazard way it is difficult to understand exactly what you are saying. You mix one man band electricians, customers, your finances, red tape, bad employees, call backs etc. into one huge rant. It would be great if you could elaborate more on specific topics so that one can get a sense of the issues that you are having to deal with.
