Northside electrical and Synerji products

I think cool I finally found a switch which is reasonably priced.

Strip all the MCE switches out and start replacing the switches ... if only it was that simple.

I buy all the equipment through Northside electrical ... I am told they dont have stock of the 6 grid at the branch ... so I inform the customer and we wait ... and wait and wait and wait and still waiting.

Today I decide to contact Synerji ... no contact details for the company (only links to distributors)

Anyway I search their website and imagine that ... synerji dont even have a 4x4 6 lever grid

The question I ask myself ... who the f$%^& is now going to explain to the customer that they dont even carry a 6 grid ... which means a team will have to be sent to site to strip out the synerji product and now we have to find another product which has 4x4 6 way grid with switches which actually function

Geez I am F%^&*&$%^&* pissed off today ..

After all the hassles of trying to fix the mesmerize lighting design fiasco ... here I sit with another challenge.

What a joke ... my customer must think I am idiot.

An update with regards to this issue ... kudos to Northside electrical management ... they didnt take this issue lightly ... in fact ... not only have they resolved this issue ... but taken the issues to the top and kept in communication with me with regards to progress via WhatsApp and email ... Thank you.
