    Preparing for war

When you see what is going on around the world ... it gets you thinking.

A world wide pandemic/virus ... could have originated in which country ?

Missiles capable of landing in the USA in 30 minutes ?

Increasing military assets on the border ... deployment of thousands of soldiers ... tunnels ... bunkers and high tech systems ?

CCTV facial recognition and monitoring of every single human in which country ?

Home automation ... alarm systems and CCTV being controlled and monitored by servers in which country?

Cyber attacks on companies like microsoft ... affecting everyone ... as pointed out ... even the universities where leaders and military staff are being trained.

    Cyber attacks on a port.

Loans to countries who cannot afford the repayments to build massive fish factories with high equipment which cannot be operated by locals ... "specialists have to be bought in to manage the systems"

Beautiful highways being built in Africa for easy access.

Massive storage facilities ... I see them going up by the day ... as local manufacturing closes down.

The list is actually so long ..........

Think about the recent uprising in SA ... people still think the women and children looting were the concern ... talk about a soft target ... the police and military cant even control the locals.

You cant screw a country when the economy is strong and the people unite ... look at most African countries and look who own most of Africa.

Bullshyte or not ... just something to distract you from the virus which seems to be overwhelming everyones thoughts at the moment ... the trojen horse comes to mind ... nothing like catching everyone with their pants around their ankles
Comments are based on opinion...not always facts....that's why people use an alias.

Is it coincidence that all of a sudden there is a shortage of electronic components worldwide?
Is it a coincidence that freight has suddenly become very expensive and booking a ship almost impossible?
So even if you can source components, you may not be able to ship them.
Is it a co-incidence that the biggest electronic chip maker in the world has hiked their prices by a minimum of 10 %
Excellence is not a skill; its an attitude...

So what is your conclusion to all this?

There will always be war and rumors of war, so it will always be,

it is in human nature to be suspicious about world wide activity and question anything and everything.

Yes our data is shipped and sold all over the world and is where scam callers get our info as but one example.
Yes tech gear is expensive but notice how much we pay for import just on tax alone excluding transport.
Yes food security is and always was a thing in every country since the birth of each country.
Yes the world is angry and the news is just aiming to infect our thinking.

If you want lasting peace... Don't consume the news.
If you don't want to worry about food... Grow your own it is healthy for you.
If you are worried about electronics look at laptops they are very powerful lately financing a good one with 36 month Warranty isn't that hard. But still expensive.
If you worried about Data collection, get a VPN and or run Tails on a USB drive. Make sure to remove the Bios battery. Make sure you unplug when done. Make sure it has no hard drive or SSD

If you are worried about your own safety, learn to weld or if you can weld, make your own burglar bars. Also CCTV doesn't cost to much and you don't have to use WIFI one install that. Also invest in a weapon that doesn't demand a license and learn to use it.

To add to this, setup your own alarm system they are not expensive anymore. Also setup a community watch program they work really well. Keep your body trained and healthy.

The point i am making is, it is not the end of the world till we pass on to the next. Remember this world only matters while we are alive it simply doesn't when we pass on.

Make your peace live your life.
peace is a state of mind

War is not always fought with guns. Big corporates spy on competitors and apply dubious business practices to compete. Countries spy on each other and apply trade wars and dumping, sometimes so subtle that it is not immediately noticeable.

We must have some of the most gullible and ignorant consumers in the world where we are easily hoodwinked with cheap, low quality products and enormous price increases due to smaller packaging quantities sold as a "special" at the same price as before.

I just think that one needs to be careful when one strings facts together and draw conclusions - one can string practically any facts together and draw practically any conclusion.

What other method / methods can one use to draw a conclusion other than stringing the facts together ?

I'm thinking a detective investigating a crime. They string together facts and come to a conclusion.

Is there any other way ?

    Peace out .. Derek

The problem is that people string facts together without any proof of causation / correlation and then jump to conclusions. GOOD detectives do so based on years of experience in the field (and they are still often wrong)

Look, I have no problem with people speculating about stuff - we all do - I just think that one should try to put some effort into proving the relationships between facts.

This is also why many many many people get conned by con artists - they are unable to see that the facts that the con artists string together don't make sense aka. Ponzi schemes etc

You dont go to the pub to learn facts ... 2 joints and a hubbly bubbly and a half a bottom of old brown cherry ... its difficult to string together a single line never mind facts
