    Official interest rate

    Good Day, Does anyone know the official interest rate that SARS requires for a loan to a trust , for the 2021 tax year. Thanks

    It is the Repurchase rate plus 1%.

    For March 2020 it was 7.25
    For April 2020 it was 6.25
    For May 2020 it was 5.25
    For June 2020 it was 4.75
    Form 1 August 2020 to end of February 2021 it was 4.5
