This could be due to any faults inside the controller. Better you go to the repairman directly. That would reduce a lot of confusion.

Absolute crap, inferior materials and no parts available. See my previous comments.
How can you manufacture a fridge with door seals that cannot be replaced! You have to buy a complete new door.
Excellence is not a skill; its an attitude...

defy was one of the leading brands I have owned and repaired many defy appliances ... back in the day you could buy part directly from Defy... since the take over ... they outsourced the spares department.

double door fridge freezer ... not even 2 years and it is already falling apart ... Game slips fade away ... so the writing was no longer visible ... so no warranty ... fortunately I can fix anything ... I traced the fault sourced the parts and repaired it myself ... I feel sorry for people didnt make a copy of their vanishing slips ... Defy microwave same thing have had to replace the turntable compartment shell 2 twice already and just left it to rust now.

Geysers are the same ... they use last 25 plus years ... now if it doesnt pop in 5 years of being replaced ... you got lucky ... replacing geysers have become such big business that we have designed and built a crushing device to squash them for export.
Comments are based on opinion...not always facts....that's why people use an alias.
