    Pastel 19 Statement issue

    Good day,

I wonder if anyone here can advise me.

When i have created an invoice that has multiple lines (more than one sale item) and update it; the statement shows only the customer ref and invoice total.

How would i get the statement to reflect the full description of the invoice?

    Many thanks

    Linc

Go to Setup...Customers...Control and then open the Statements tab.

At the bottom left of the screen, select the option "Print Invoice Lines on Statement".

This change will only come into effect for new transactions.
