    Damaged Excel Files

I have two Excel files that seem to have been damaged on a USB flash drive and I cannot open them in Excel.

Can anyone here manage to repair them please?

The files can be found in Dropbox: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/38ugn2qd1...xm9UE8eoa?dl=0

I've tried everything, but I think they are permanently damaged.

I will take a crack at it for you but looks like the standard methods won't work, I have a few things I could try.
    Fingers crossed

Hi Neville sorry for the late response, but those files are beyond repair I'm afraid.

    Hi Neville.

I have managed to repair one of the files. Still working on the other one. Can I send them via email?

    Regards, Graham.

For anyone that ever has the same issue I used this tool, (https://sourceforge.net/projects/corruptexcelrec/files/) to repair the corrupted file.
