Small Assets or Fixed Asset Register?

Hi, is the threshold still R7,500 excl Vat or has it increased?

The threshold from a Tax Wear and Tear Depreciation Allowance point of view remains at R7000 per 4.3.5 of this document from SARS dated 9 February 2021.

This figure will exclude VAT if you are a registered VAT vendor, the VAT is claimable as Input VAT, and the wear and tear depreciation allowance claim is permissible.
