Inventory Integration of raw materials for manufacturing business

We are setting up a new company on Pastel. We have multi store module and the Bill of Materials module amongst a few others.

We obviously don't sell the raw materials as it is used in the manufacturing of the finished goods and we want to categorize our raw materials. We have our raw materials in categories and have the entries for the Inventory, Count Variance, Purchase Variance GL accounts setup. Where I'm at a bit of loss is, what GL accounts is recommended to use for the Sales and Cost of Sales. If anyone could give me some pointers, I'd be most appreciative.

You can assign them to the same GL account as Adjustment, or any other valid GL code for that matter, as they won't be used in any case.
