Re-instating a Company that has been deregistered at CIPC

    Good Morning All,

I have a client whose company was deregistered at the CIPC. They now need the company to reinstated in order to receive payments from customer.

I see the CIPC has quite an extensive list of documents needed.

Any advice on how to go about getting the company re-instated with the CIPC?

    Many thanks

    Jacky

The information on the CIPC website is accurate. As long as there is a bank account or fixed property registered to the company, you should have no problems.
