I've Refreshed my laptop and now my Pervasive PSQL and Xpress icon on the desktop is gone. I can however see files for Xpress 17 on the C drive.

I've asked Pastel for help and was instructed to download pervasive PSQL 10 for workgroups. I could not load it - component ssa3d30.ocx is missing or invalid.

I am on Windows 8 and I am a single client user of Pastel. Should I re-install Xpress 17 from the disk and then try to upload a backup of my company? Will this load the correct Pervasive as well? I am currently traveling and don't have access to my disk, although I have all my Pastel registration details. Is there another way to get my Pastel working before month-end?
