    ITR-DD Claim

I submitted my ITR12 last month. I have a daughter who is autistic so I can claim certain expenses relating to her disability. I've been doing this for the past 8 years with no problem (well... different problems , until now.
In TY 2020 my daughter attended a division of Curro. A special needs school. For the past 3 years, i have been claiming these expenses and my refund has always been paid eventually. This year the auditor has noted that the invoices from Curro are made out to my wife. Now they are requesting I submit 12 months' bank statements proving I made these payments.

My wife is not employed, I transfer my entire salary to her account and she makes payments to the schools and all debit orders etc.

So the payments to Curro are not on my account statements.

Will SARS now reject these payments?

They obviously desperate to avoid paying refunds this year.

Hi there, I am curious, did SARS disallow these deductions?
