    THD on Neutral

Hello, Thankyou in advance for helping me.
I often find interest in the valued discussions here.
    I would like some advice

What is the total harmonic distortion acceptable on a 4-wire three phase installation

    My measurements are
    Phase 1 - 3.8%
    Phase 2 - 4.1%
    Phase 3 - 5.5%

    Neutral - 96.8% [not a typo]

If this is not correct - how do I fix it

Currently measuring a relatively balanced load around 85 to 100 amps per phase

Unless you understand harmonics or an engineer, dont waste your time.

3rd 5 th 7 th are ones to take note of but like power factor correction, rather leave it for people who specilise in that field.

I can only assume you have got your hands on a power quaility analyser and now trying to understand the results. I have been working with a fluke 435 since 2006 and still dont fully understand the results when i upload them to the PC.
Comments are based on opinion...not always facts....that's why people use an alias.
