    Company CC

    Hi there

    Need some advice.

If a company has 2 members on the CC with 50% each. And one of the members has passed away, under the management of the remaining members the company is now in debt ,that was occured during the period where he was in control of the company, who is held liable for the debt,
    Thanks

If a company has 2 members on the CC
makes no sense actually. It cannot be both company and cc and whichever it is very much affects the answer.

Hi Malanie, when it comes to a CC the company itself is liable for any debt and not the individual
