Hi there,

I am struggling with May capturing,
I have made 4 calls to the call centre with differing responses.:

1. I captured April for a small firm, no problem and payment was received.
2. When capturing May, I updated the Employer lockdown period and updated it.
3. The status on the next day showed that a payment had been effected.
4. There was no payment and on checking, was advised that there was nothing in the system.
5. I was then advised to also update the individuals, but on the system there are no tabs for May.
6. This was apparently a system error which was being resolved. No comment, nothing has changed.

Please can someone advise me on how to get this done.
