I've been contating Pastel Support for this Status error, they told me to delete some files. I checked on SageKB website and did what they said there. I can't get to solve the problem.

Pastel Version 19.3.1
Status 81 (Lock Error)
File 7 (User File - accuser.dat)
Opcode 27 (Unlock)

Pastel support let me delete some files *.001 002 etc.
Rebuilt the accuser.dat file
Renamed Pastel19 folder to Pastel19_old and reinstalled Pastel.
Uninstalled and reinstalled Pervasive 10 Workgroup on the server and all workstations.
So far that I've picked up it's only when we try and update the Inventory Journal

Have you experienced something like this?
