To fix above error:
• Uninstall current Sage 50c Pastel Partner
• Re install using the pastelupdate.sagesouthafrica.co.za website.
• Click on Sage 50cloud Pastel Partner and click on download (121MB)
• Run installation and register package


• Go to File then Open
• Click on Locate Server
• Select folder were pastel is loaded (eg Pastel 19)
• Click on Custom
• Click on Registration
• OK
• Click on Add Company
• Choose "your company"
• Click OK
• Close when company is in the Open Company block


• Go to File then Restore
• Look for the latest backup and click restore.
