    NPV SHARE CERTIFICATES

    Good day

    I need to confirm if we need to put the value of the shares on the No Par Value share certificates iro a private company.

    Actually Benita my response is wrong.

    The proceed received by the company is only required in the Securities Register, not on the actual share certificate. See Sec (32(1)(b)(iii) of the Companies Regulations, 2011.
