Please give more info. Is this during the restore process. Are you trying to restore a zip file or a .dbz file?
Make a backup of your existing data in case, then if you close easyfile, you can copy the .dbz for your specific company from your backup into c:\username \ appdata\roaming\easyfileemployer. whole bunch of numbers\local store
You can get the by holding the windows and R keys down, and typing %appdata% in the run block. Then select roaming, easyfileemployer.67547675 then local store.
Each company database is a series of numbers.dbz and the numbers are your companies PAYE number, if you have multiple companies.
