Clearing the current year data from Pastel without losing previous year's data

Hi, our server was stolen and we have lost all previous data. I need to create a copy of our company as at the end of Feb 2017. The only back up I have is at Feb 2018. So it still gives me my previous years data. Is it at all possible to clear the 2018 data without losing the 2017 data? My only other alternative is to clear all history and files and starting from scratch for 2017.
Sincerely hope someone can assist and that it is possible?

    Thanks in advance.

I could assist you by using my database editor to clear all current year's data, whilst retaining the prior year's data.

Would you then want the prior year's data to reflect as current?

Send me a private message or email me to discuss this further.

Hi Neville, thanks so much for the reply. I think I might have found another back up. Let's hope. Just getting the IT guys to recover so I can see what it is. If not - I will give you a shout.
