Who is hosting your service? Your host should be able to assist. First create an email address on their website or let the host create it. Choose a password.
You may try the following email settings:
In Outlook go to account settings
    + add new account

    -Protocol = POP3
-Username = the full email address
    -Password = the email password
-Incoming server = pop3.YOURDOMAIN.co.za or .com etc etc
    -Incoming Port = 110 (143 for IMAP)
-Authentication type = Password (Transmitted insecurely)
-Use SSL for incoming = No
    -Outgoing Server = mail.YOUR DOMAIN
    -Outgoing port = 587
-Outgoing encryption = Auto/STARTTLS (Accept All Certificates)
-Outgoing server requires authentication = Yes, use the same username and password as for the incoming server.
-Authentication type = Password (Transmitted insecurely)

No guarantees as hosting and protocols may differ

Thanks for the useful information Blurock.

I am looking for the option of hosting email with MSO 365 Home with your own domain by DNS pointing to make use of the MSO online storage and features.

Microsoft and hosting by overseas companies are getting very expensive if you have to pay in USD or EU. I support local IP and innovation.
