    Missing General Ledger Account

    Hi

    I am using pastel xpress v17. i am trying to access trial balance but i get a pop up message that the trial balance is out of balance and some of the data might be corrupt. i noticed sales general ledger account has gone missing. Can someone please help on how do i retrieve it or fix this.

    You will need to add the account back - edit general ledger accounts. Once it is back, you run a data integrity (File .... Data Integrity - verify transactions only). This will probably give you "account Balances to transactions" errors for the sales account (and any other errors the system may detect). You will either need to send the data to Pastel (no working while they have your data), or have a support consultant assist remotely, or restore from a recent backup.
