    Smile Processing Inventory Journals

Good Day, my colleague is trying to process inventory journals but when she searches for an item code, selects it and then presses enter or even clicks on enter , the item does not display, it just remains blank. After a few tries she is able to select the item.

Does anyone know how to fix this. I repaired the Pastel and reset the defaults and settings for her user.

    Thanks

If you have a look at the top of your Inventory Zoom function as per the attached image - you will see it is still loading. You will only be able to click on the item once it has finished loading - that is why it "comes right" after a few tries (ie just give it time).
