Pastel Supplier Age Analysis printing zero balances

    Hi,

No idea why but recently Pastel starting always printing every single supplier when I pull an age analysis including all those with zero balances. The check box for zero balances isn't ticked so no idea why its doing this.

    Anyone have any advice? Thanks

    Hi Travis

Make a backup. Delete your default and control files for your user and see if the problem goes away. (ACCDFLT.00x and ACCCNTRL.00x, where x is your user number (Process .. Jump to another user..count how far your user is down the list with the first user being user 0)). These files would be in your company directory on the server.

This will clear all your user settings and you will have to add things like tax processing back to cashbook batches, but might resolve your issue. If not, restore from your backup, and we can try troubleshoot further, if required.
