    Pastel Cash Book

Hi, we are using Pastel Express and our cash book payments is set on period 13 and is greyed out so that we cannot change it. The receipts side is fine, but how do we change the period back to the current period?

Your system has been set up as "Date sets Period", in other words, whatever date you type in will determine the relevant financial period.

So, ignore the greyed out Period column and type in a date that falls within your Period 12 month, and you will see that the period number will automatically change to 12.
