I hope I can express what it is I need. My company is in a process of considering a new application manager system and I need to put a "plan" together including all admin and financial processes - automated as far as possible. We are in the hospitality - member related industry including member fees and bookings at our resorts. Applications, member fees handling, regular communication with members and mass processes are all part of our daily activities. Any advise on what or where I can do some reading up on how to approach and put something like this together step by step to make it user friendly and look professional?
