Pastel bank feed 'input string was not in a correct format'

    Hi all,

Is there anyone who can assist me with this Pastel error?

I have been using Pastel Bank feeds which was worked ok but am getting an error 'Input string was not in a correct format'. I get this error shortly after clicking on bank fees in the pastel bank manager. I have checked all the obvious things with no success. It worked in the previous month without a problem. Even tried deleting the feed and setting up a new feed, but this has not helped.

    Anyone had this error before?

    Kind regards
    Kurt

Are you a Feb Year end? Are you currently running in period 13, or have you completed your year end and are now in a company with a different name, eg went from BOB2019 to BOB2020?
