    Question how to reverse pastel customer journal

    Hello, i am currently using pastel xpress i would like to know how i can reverse a cutomer journal that had output tax of 15%. Thank you

    Raise the same customer journal - ie same date and reference - change the D to a C (or vice versa) just before the amount column to change the entry to either a debit or credit, as required. If you do not have a column for DC - click on batch - restore columns to get the column back. If you do not have the tax column - click on settings and tick the "Tax Processing" checkbox.
